Direct Primary Care

Membership & Concierge Services

No insurance runarounds, no surprise bills.
Just transparent pricing and actual access to care.

Why Choose Direct Primary Care?

The modern healthcare system is broken: long waits, rushed visits, surprise bills, and providers who barely know your name.

That’s how Direct Primary Care (DPC) is different. Instead of dealing with insurance and co-pays, you pay a simple monthly membership fee for unlimited access to your provider.

That means:

  • Same or next-day appointments (in person or telehealth)

  • Unlimited office visits with no co-pays

  • Secure messaging and calls directly with your provider

  • Transparent, affordable pricing

  • Longer appointments where we actually listen and address your concerns

This concierge-style access combined with our functional medicine approach means that you’ll have a trusted partner who looks at the root causes of illness and works with you to build lasting health.

Clinical Services

Whether you're looking for ongoing partnership with a dedicated provider, one-time treatment without the wait, or simple lab work close to home, we've made it straightforward.

Membership Details & Fine Print

We believe in transparency. Here are a few important things to know about our memberships:

  • Rates are based on monthly billing. Pay quarterly to save 5% or annually to save 10%.

  • Adults and children in the same household can be added: $75 per additional adult, $35 per child.

  • We are unable to see Medicare patients at this time. (Medicare concierge plan coming soon.)

  • Childhood vaccinations are not covered, but we will connect you with affordable options.

  • Memberships are not insurance products and do not cover care from unaffiliated providers. We recommend maintaining a high-deductible insurance plan or cost-share plan.

  • Minor procedures and certain medications/tests may incur additional charges — and always disclosed before treatment.

  • Membership requires an initial 3-month sign-up. After that, you may cancel anytime with a 15 days notice.

  • One-time registration fee: $150/adult, $100/child (plus monthly membership fee).
